arnaud sea techThanks for visiting our website "Céad míle fáilte.."... At SEA-Tech we really are solution makers. We provide a wide aray of expertise from project design to management and support. Our technical expertise covers Vessel Monitoring Systems (VMS), data communications, video surveillance and environment monitoring solutions to the marine and terrestrial sector in Ireland and overseas.

Established in 2005 and operating as both a prime contractor for harbour authorities, the department of defence, research and academic, fishing and yachting sector, and as a subcontractor for marine engineering, shipping agents, chandlers, ICT & IoT vendors, integrators. Our engineering power and consulting are the backbone of successful projects. We engineer ICT Solutions to power ocean going projects!

Still we are very different from any other I.C.T. Companies. We are ICT experts with marine experience and what works at sea will also work on land... SEA-Tech has earned a strong reputation for delivering value in line with customer requirements both on land and at sea. The quality of our work is our signature...

Since 2013, with support from personnel of the Irish Navy and Cork Institute of Technology, I have been offered to teach Marine ICT & Data Communications at the prestigious National Maritime College of Ireland. It 's to me, a unique place where I can work side by side with my fellow colleagues from the merchant navy and the Irish Naval Service (INS) when I am not commited to SEA-Tech. It is therefore with an immense satisfaction that I learn each year from my Engineering students at the maritime college... In the words of Cicero, "si vis doceri, doce" if you really want to learn, then teach...

We live in interesting times! On the one hand, over the past decade, we have seen the rise of a "green" approach to life, while in the past few months alone, the rampant consumerism that flourished alongside it (and to which "green" was a reaction) has suddenly foundered, as the global economic system hits the rocks. "Sustainability" has become a buzzword - in business, no less than in other areas of life. But, when survival becomes every business's most pressing issue, what does "sustainable business" really mean?

Specialising in network infrastructure both ashore and afloat, SEA-Tech uses their proven experience to deliver innovative, secure, often bespoke ‘total solution’ projects, in the maritime as well as terrestrial environments. Competitive and price conscious, SEA-Tech can project manage contracts from inception to completion, availing of a wide skills base to integrate new and existing networks to match or exceed customer expectations.

SEA-Tech Evolution : Wireless, Seamless, Progress...

Committed to Internet of Things (IoT) and delivering data, big data, where it matters most, to the end user, we deliver data communications and managed services to customers across the public and private sectors of the maritime industry. A sample of our customers are listed on this page.
