JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bridging a variety of skills, SEA-Tech's Marine ICT Technicians have learnt the art of troubleshooting, hardware, software, telecommunications and electrics. Using hand tools and power tools, computers, their duties also include assembling, wiring, installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining marine electrical and electronic equipment. Working sometime away from home our technicians must be able to travel around Ireland and also abroad. Preferred skills include proficient level of understanding in at least one foreign language if possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The General Operative is an important element of the Sea-Tech work group teaming up with the Marine ICT Technician. You will support the technical development team with the construction / assembly and testing of security, telemetry, environmental, wireless network infrastructure for deployment by our business partners on projects in the coastal and mainland regions. Manual dexterity and good visualization of structures is essential, as much of the assembly will require bespoke solutions for individual applications.
